These little raw wraps are so easy to make, all you need a pack of brown rice paper and your favorite veggies. They are a healthier alternative to bread or wheat wraps but still pack a ton of flavor!
- 3 brown rice paper wraps
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful spinach or kale
- 1 slice extra firm tofu (press water out first with a paper towel)
- 1 tbsp hummus (I just used original flavored)
Soak the wraps in water one at a time, then lay them on a flat surface. Make sure the surface you are using is slightly damp so the wraps do not stick to the surface!
Layer the veggies in order of your liking, like in the video, wrap it all up and slice in half. Enjoy!
